From factory and logistics planning to systems engineering and operational project support – we are a trusted partner for the industry when it comes to turning projects into reality. Our daily task as a team is to develop tailored and sustainable solutions in detail, in close collaboration with our clients. Our focus areas are operational projects in factory and logistics planning, systems engineering, and project support. We assist our clients in all matters related to value creation, product development, and project organization. Our employees are project planners for logistics and factory planning who see themselves as service providers to the industry, guiding our clients from the initial concept planning phase through preparation to successful implementation. Our experts in systems engineering are specialists in the design, modeling, and optimization of complex technical systems. We support our clients in the holistic development and implementation of systems. Additionally, we act as operational project managers and support project leaders, actively relieving our clients in the operational project business, allowing them to focus on their areas of expertise. Agile, traditional or hybrid project approaches - each present their own challenges, and we adapt individually. As part of the UNITY Innovation Alliance, our range of services is complementary, developed together and supports our clients in successfully positioning themselves on the market.

Founder story
THAT'S WHY WE do WHAT WE DO
The idea for UNITY Operations arose from the desire to offer clients of the UNITY Innovation Alliance continued support beyond strategic and conceptual consulting services. With our extensive experience in the consulting field at UNITY, we were well aware of our clients' needs for operational support – which is why we founded UNITY Operations in 2021 with the goal of applying our expertise in factory and logistics planning, as well as project management, directly with our clients. The choice of Hamburg and Stuttgart as locations was a given from the start due to their proximity to our clients. Our motivation was to build our own identity and culture with a new team. Since then, we have been able to expand our range of services, and the team has grown significantly. All of this has given us strong momentum and continues to drive us forward.
